Actually one needs to have an open mind while reading this book, because by keeping an open mind it will enable you digest the book sincerely and make informed decisions and choices without pride or bias.
Why am saying this is the book is bound to generate controversy, heated argument, disagreement, debate and blatant refusal to accept that bras have a link to breast cancer, that is why the reviewer is of the opinion that everyone should read this book and then, make her decisions and choices, because it is their life and nobody is competent to take decisions concerning their lives more than themselves.
Stagnation is a major cause of disease in many areas of health, breast health inclusive. The truth is that there is a strong negative correlation between bra wearing and breast health.
However decency and modesty requires that a bra be worn at certain times, not all the time, and the craze of wearing very tight bra’s to firm up seems to have a counter effect.

HOW YOUR FAITH AFFECTS YOUR LIFE
Does my faith affect my progress, Success and Riches?
Yes, your faith might have affected every thing in your life. Your faith can be responsible for all your failures in life.
Many people around the world wants to change or shift from their present level of life to a higher level, from the unknown to famous group, they want to arrive and be highly recognized in the society, they want to be in the front line, but they are not prepared to change their thinking, take charge of their destiny, or adapt to genuine thoughts or ideas of life. If they don’t change their thinking, everything in their life will continue to be exactly the same as it has always been. Every negative thought has a solution, and the solutions must be through humans, I mean super humans who are different from others, those that have strong sense of mission, the sixth eyes, spiritualism, positive or negative aura and destiny reshaping, those that have passionate hatred for injustice and evil, they are classified by critics as being Autistic, antisocial but they are divinely created to die for others.
Because you will not allow your thinking to shift, your belief system, the one you are so comfortable with and yet have so far failed to deliver you a life of unbridled joy and abundance will still stay intact.
Know this; that it was and is your best thinking and ideas that has got you to this point in your life today. Give your self the permission to understand that sometimes the things that seem the most unbelievable are what end up being true (look at history) then you are opening a door to a whole new world of possibility.
Your are looking for a change in your life, but have refused to accept changes in your mind, people who used to what they are used to never get to the unusual. They always static and motionless.
Change your thinking today, change your life, nothing in your life will ever change, if you refuse to change the ways you have been thinking which made you to be static and motionless in your life today.
The Universal Laws don’t bend.

Never allow your thought to motivate you with the opposite of a good idea. Positive and Negative emotions cannot occupy the mind at the same time, one or the other must dominate, Everything you desire in life must be controlled by your thought.
Your thought could be your prison, It could be blinding you, and it could be preventing you from achieving your life goals. Positive belief in the knowledge of others forms a goal and unlocks the door for all wants for every human being.
People who are used to what they are used to never get to the unusual, The greatest weakness of a man is spiritual cowardice or spiritual deformity and he that is subject to this plague is a danger to himself. Filtered thought begets great minds, while great minds beget filtered character, and filtered character begets brighter future and changed world.
So by now I know that you have a strong interest in helping to heal our planet; both the physically earth and the consciousness of humanity. What is Consciousness? Consciousness is awareness.What is Spiritual Consciousness? Simply put,Spiritual Consciousness is Spiritual awareness. It is observing your thoughts and actions through a spiritual perspective, that enables you ca function from a perspective of choice in the ever-present now instead of re-acting out of past programming or the hypnotic influence of societal hypnosis. It is the constant letting go of thoughts, behaviors and emotions that dramatically limit your growth and success and brought your life to static. It’s about your power to respond from your Higher-Self and take intuitive action. This alone will catapult you on your true path to the realization of your goals and aspirations like nothing else.
But you know what the essence of transformation is not just about you! According to the ‟map of consciousness” by philosophers, when you raise your consciousness you raise the consciousness of others. It’s not just about you; it’s about the entire world. Each country and the entire world is just a reflection of the consciousness of the people who make it up. As each person raises his or her consciousness the collective consciousness of the entire world is shifted from fear based to courage, from hatred to prosperity.
It is therefore not only your highest good for you but the highest good of humanity and the planet for YOU to raise your consciousness. As the saying goes ‟Your dreams are waiting for you to wake up.” As Mahatma Gandhi often said ‟Be the change that you want to see.” That is why I believe that it is your duty, your moral obligation to yourself and the planet to become as enlightened as possible, to become as conscious as possible, to grow yourself to your fullest potential, to create and achieve sustainable achievements and to truly live the amazing life you were created to live. By doing this you will impact others in the most inspiring and fulfilling way!
